Broccoli Microgreen and Chicken Salad Wraps
Ingredients: 4 whole wheat tortillas 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped 2 cups broccoli microgreens 1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt 2 tablespoons mayonnaise 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard 1 teaspoon honey Salt and pepper to taste Instructions: In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
