Compostable Packaging

I use compostable packaging whenever possible to reduce plastic waste and keep my footprint small.

Coconut Coir Composting

All spent microgreen coir is composted and repurposed directly into my garden beds, improving soil structure and moisture retention.

Cardboard Reuse Shipping cardboard is reused in the garden for weed suppression, soil building, and moisture control — nothing goes to waste.

Farm‑Grown Ingredients I grow as many ingredients as possible right here on the farm, including herbs, edible flowers, microgreens, and seasonal produce.

Waste Reduction Small‑batch production means less waste, less spoilage, and more intentional use of ingredients.

Pollinator‑Friendly Growing My edible flowers and herb gardens support bees and beneficial insects.
