Broccoli Microgreen and Chicken Salad Wraps

Ingredients:
4 whole wheat tortillas
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or chopped
2 cups broccoli microgreens
1/4 cup plain Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon honey
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, mayonnaise, mustard, honey, salt, and pepper.
In a large bowl, toss the chicken with half of the dressing.
Lay a tortilla on a flat surface and spread some of the remaining dressing over it.
Top with 1/2 cup of broccoli microgreens and 1/2 cup of chicken mixture.
Roll up the tortilla and cut in half.
Repeat with the remaining tortillas, microgreens, and chicken.
Serve and enjoy!
