Fried Tortilla Chips
Room‑Temperature Storage: Keep chips in an airtight bag or container. Best quality for 5–7 days. Store in a cool, dry place to maintain crispness.
Frozen Storage (Optional): Chips may be frozen for longer storage. Best quality for up to 2 months.
Thawing: Use straight from the freezer, or thaw briefly at room temperature. If chips are still mostly frozen or only partially thawed, they may be refrozen. If they become fully thawed, do not refreeze.
Reheating for Freshness: To restore crispness, warm chips on a baking sheet at 300°F for 3–5 minutes. Allow to cool before sealing again.
Note: Microgreens add natural flavor and color. Keeping chips dry and airtight preserves their crunch and freshness.
